On 29th of June 2011 starting from 12 PM in Panonija village, near Bačka Topola, in banquet halle of the Hotel Biser, was held one more event from a series of promotion events on the project TECH.FOOD - Solutions and interventions for technological transfer and the innovation of the agro-food sector in South East Europe regions, organized by the Institute of Agricultural Economics - Belgrade.
During the mentioned activity, to present auditorium was introduced company Meat industry Topola from Bačka Topola, one of the most important entrepreneurs within the meat-processing sector of Serbia. Representative of the management of the company IM Topola, Mr. Markuš Karolj, presented on brilliant and picturesque way production potentials, product assortment, as well as short term developmental plans of mentioned company. Then, one of leading technologists of company IM Topola, Ms. Nataša Vasić gave a brief outline of technological innovations, up to now implemented in production processes of the mentioned company.
After interesting and before all educative exposures of representatives of IM Topola from Bačka Topola was organized degustation of one part of product assortment of mentioned company, where stands out finely and roughly minced stewed sausage, boiled sausages, smoked meat products, fermented dry and semi-dry sausages, dried meat products, pasteurized can of chopped meat, etc. To present participants special attention attracted the fact that all products of company IM Topola are produced under contemporary technological and health requirements, without presence of allergens and gluten.
